The Firefly Connected Classroom is a set of technologies and best practices that enable us to deliver the same interactive learning experience that you expect from Firefly, to both on-site and remote participants.

Virtual Training Using Cisco® WebEx Training Center, we can support fully virtual classes for both sales and technical training. Our state-of-the-art remote lab infrastructure allows virtual participants to experience hands-on labs as easily and fully as on-site participants.	Hybrid On-Site + Virtual Using WebEx together with a digital whiteboard capture application, we offer complete agility in training deployment by supporting both on-site and virtual participation simultaneously.

	How It Works The Firefly Connected Classroom is live, instructor-led training. We use Cisco WebEx Training Center to deliver the classroom directly to your home or office PC. You will be connected to the classroom via teleconference and remote application sharing. You will be able to hear the instructor, view presentations and whiteboards, ask questions, and engage in discussions with your classmates.
	Hands-On Labs We use remote labs in all of our technical classes. You will have full access to remote desktops, device console ports, and power management—just like students in our on-site classes. For team exercises, you will participate in virtual breakout sessions with your teammates to work as a group on labs and workshops.
	Virtual Whiteboard The Firefly Connected Classroom allows you to participate virtually in on-site classes. The key enabling technology is an innovative digital whiteboard application that allows the instructor to draw on a physical whiteboard, and then transmits the drawings directly to your PC.
	Course Kits We will ship course books to you a few days before the class. We ship printed books rather than electronic copies so that you can take notes while viewing the presentation on-screen. The printed lab guides also make it easier for you to work on the labs on your PC while following the instructions in the lab guide.
	Getting Started We will email you specific instructions for connecting to the WebEx session and teleconference before your class is scheduled to begin.
