In the event that you cancel your registration for a class, we may refund all, some, or the full price of the class as follows:
- If you notify us about the cancellation via email or phone call more than 10 business days before the start of the class, we will either refund 100% of the price, or transfer you into a different class at no cost, depending on your preference.
- If you notify us about the cancellation via email or phone call 5-10 business days before the start of the class, we will either refund 50% of the price, or transfer you into a different class at no cost, depending on your preference.
- If you notify us about the cancellation via email or phone call less than 5 business days before the start of the class, we will transfer you into a different class at no cost, but we reserve the right to not provide any cash refund.
